Competition Information

Two lift competition, clean and press and bench press.

Clean and Press: bar to be taken from the floor to the shoulders in one movement and pressed to arms length with no assistance from the legs.

Bench Press: Usual competition rules apply. Use of bench shirts is not allowed.

There will be a points system in place to establish placings.
