Competition Information

The BrentWood Centre is hosting the BDFPA 4 Nations championships where teams from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales will battle it out to see who comes out on top.

Teams are comprised of both equipped and raw lifters and points will be awarded based on Formula.

This is the second year it's running and promises to be bigger and better than last year’s very successful event.
