1. 120KG Log for Reps – All Reps Clean & Press – 75secs Time Limit (Head to Head)
2. 340KG Yoke for 25m – Multiple Drops Allowed – Fastest Time wins
3. Deadlift for Maximum Weight (Olympic Bar) – 2 Attempts - Suits Allowed, NO Straps
4. 115KG Barrell x 10m + 120KG Sandbag x 10m + 135KG Anvil (from Floor) for Maximum Distance (90 seconds time limit)
5. 140KG Farmers for Maximum Distance – One drop and Out (Head-Head)
6. 160KG Stone to 48” for Reps - 75secs Time Limit (Head-Head)
Top 3 athletes will qualify for BSM u105KG 2011 in Scotland later in the year
Competitors will be provided with competitor T-shirts, and Top 3 athletes will receive trophies.
