The event will take on the seafront as part of a large community event so will hopefully attract a lot of spectators.
Entry fee is £25 and will include an event tshirt.

3. 1.30pm Shoulder Press Medley Time Limit 75 seconds
(80kg Axle Lift, 80kg Log Press, 42kg Circus DB each arm, 95kg Log Press)
4. 2.30pm Deadlift Medley - Time limit 75 seconds
(Farmers Lift 130kg each hand, Axle Lift 180kg, Frame Lift 260kg, Olympic Bar 250kg)
5. 3.30pm Tyre Flip back & forth - Max time 1 minute, max rep win
6. 4.15pm Medley Event - load & drag
