Competition Information

Reflexions Light Open Strongman Competition 2010

This competition is open to Intermediate level competitors.i class intermediate as people who have either won a novice or placed top 3.Also open to people who have attempted to do open but found it really difficult.

Events will be
1.120kg farmers walk for 40m around a barrel.no drop and turn.
2.120kg log for maximum reps in 75secs.from floor to overhead.
3.360kg super yoke for 20m.
4.260kg deadlift for maximum reps in 75secs.straps allowed.
5.400kg tyre flip for maximum flips in 75secs.
6.atlas stones 110,120,130,140,150kg stones.

There will be cash prizes and trophies for the top 3.£100 for 1st place,£50 for 2nd place and £20 for third place.

The cost to enter the competition is £15 and each competitor will receive a tshirt which you must wear for each event.Please contact Matt on 01322 222284 to sign up and to get details of where to send cheques to.

Can competitors please arrive to sign in at 1100 hours with competition commencing at 1200 hours.There is car parking space available at gym but it is limited but as it is on a sunday there is ample parking in the surroundind area.
