On Saturday the 16th August 2014 the South Yorkshire’s Strongest Masters competition will be held at Hulks Strongman Division at Atlas Fitness. With three categories: Under 90kg, Under 105kg and Open Category
There are 5 events planned:
Event one:
18” Deadlift reps in 60 seconds. Under 90kg -220kg, Under 105kg -250kg and Open Category -300kg.
Event two:
Giant Log Roll reps in 60 seconds. Under 90kg -70kg, Under 105kg -90kg and Open Category -100kg.
Event three:
Van Hold, max time with no straps or suits approximately 240kg.
Event four:
Keg toss for fastest time.
Event five:
Atlas stone loading medley, 20m course. Under 90kg -80kg and 90kg Stones, Under 105kg – 90kg and 100kg Stones and Open Category – 100kg and 120kg Stones.

The event will be held at Atlas Fitness, Heritage Building, New Orchard Lane, Rotherham, S66 9AB please do visit spectators are made very welcome and we only ask £1 entry fee. |
