Axle Clean and Press for reps - 90kg/105kg (belt cleans allowed)
14" Big Wheel Deadlift for reps - 200kg/240kg (straps allowed, no suits)
Sandbag Carry and Load
Frame Hold - 220kg or 230kg (head to head)
Inch Dumbell Medley - 30kg, 50kg, 56kg, 63kg

weights may be revised with the standard of entered athletes.

there will be 16 spots to fill. names will be taken down when the £15 entry fee is recieved. if any entry fees are recieved after all the places are filled will be returned. if all the places are filled please put your name on the reserve list as there will ALWAYS be pull outs. any athletes wishing to compete under the age of 18 just send the entry fee and PM me for an entry form.
