So I'm back on the horse.

Decided after a three year lay off to get me arse back into my training so I'm not a waste of oxygen and flesh.

Been the gym three times this week and its humbling just how pathetic I am. I was never anywhere close to being strong but now I'm as weak as a kitten with low blood sugar levels.

Only 1 way to head - upwards (I think).

Squats today in 400°C:

• 5 @ 80kg
• 5 @ 90kg
• 7 @ 100kg

Front squats 3 x 5 @ 50kg

3 sets of leg raises

Nothing glamorous but trying to be sensible and slowly get back into the swing of things.

5 x 10 @ 20kg

Dumbbell rows

3 x 8 @ 27.5kg dumbbells

Bicep curls (for the lads)
Rear delt raises
