Hard but will hopefully help my conditioning if I keep it up. Strict press Bar x 10 Bar x 10 60kg x 5 80kg x 3 90kg x 1 102.5kg x 3 - pb reps 102.5kg x 3 102.5kg x 3 Smith machine paused shoulder press (plate weight only) 40kg x 5 80kg x 3 80kg x 3 80kg x 3 Seated dumbell shoulder press 30kg x 10 40kg x 10 40kg x 10 Shoulders were pumped after that but feeling my strongest ever on all pressing, just looking forward to being able to do log or push press again. | ||

Pull-ups Bw x 5 Bw x 3 Machine rows (plate weight only) 80kg x 10 120kg x 10 140kg x 10 140kg x 10 140kg x 10 Machine shrugs (plate weight only) 80kg x 10 80kg x 10 80kg x 10 Lat pulldowns 1 set x 10 reps Leg extensions 40kg x 15 50kg x 15 60kg x 10 70kg x 10 Done! Back feeling better but still not 100%. Sill stretching and getting the core work done. Going out this weekend so no training but I may try and get the swimming done again. | ||

Paused bench Bar x 10 Bar x 10 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 3 140kg x 1 150kg x 3 150kg x 3 All slow and rubbish Tricep cable push downs 3 x 10reps Tricep machine pushdowns 3 x 10reps Hopefully no more days like this anytime soon | ||

There is a new gym opening very close to me soon that is specialising in powerlifting, strongman and cross fit so il go try that soon. Will cut down on travel and hopefully allow me to mix up my training abit more | ||

It will all be light and building up slowly. Squats Bar x 10 60kg x 10 100kg x 10 100kg x 10 100kg x 10 Leg extensions 40kg x 12 40kg x 12 40kg x 12 40kg x 12 Paused bench Bar x 10 60kg x 5 100kg x 3 120kg x 1 140kg x 1 160kg x 3 160kg x 2 - failed 3rd rep 160kg x 3 Bench 100kg x 18 Shoulder was a bit painful after bench but doesn't feel like anything serious. Going to put a short term plan together to have another pop at that 190kg bench over the Xmas period. If all goes well I'm confident it will go. | ||
