Went swimming on Tuesday and did 10sets of 2 lengths as fast as possible with about 1min 30secs rest in between. Hard but will hopefully help my conditioning if I keep it up.

Shoulders were pumped after that but feeling my strongest ever on all pressing, just looking forward to being able to do log or push press again.

Done!
Back feeling better but still not 100%. Sill stretching and getting the core work done. Going out this weekend so no training but I may try and get the swimming done again.

Awful days training today, knackered from work and not in the mood but made the trip so made sure i did something.

Done. There is a new gym opening very close to me soon that is specialising in powerlifting, strongman and cross fit so il go try that soon. Will cut down on travel and hopefully allow me to mix up my training abit more

So the physio finally gave me the go ahead to squat again yesterday and providing that goes ok il bring the deadlifts back in a few weeks. It will all be light and building up slowly.

Shoulder was a bit painful after bench but doesn't feel like anything serious. Going to put a short term plan together to have another pop at that 190kg bench over the Xmas period. If all goes well I'm confident it will go.
