Should have gone for 110.. oh well it's close!
Pull ups 1*14 +20kg 1*2

BP:

Feet elevated mid-air

DB fronts up to 17.5 kg , bicep /tricep pump work ,etc




@ roughly ~ 70.5kg

Some decent PBs made today .. on the whole pleased...

Pull ups:
1*15 , 1*12 , 1*11 , 1*12,1*11 +20kg 1*4

Chins 1*10

FS:
Worked up to 90 1x1 , about 30-40 reps in total.

BP (feet off floor, bench / absolute lack of leg drive)

60 1*5
80 1*5
90 1*3
100 1*1
105 1*1 ( PB for the bench variation ;p )
100 1*3
90 1*5

DB standing ohp (strict):
Did random rep range(+12-20) for db set of 7.5 up to 15kg, then....
17.5 1x10 , 20 2x5 (pb!) , 25 1x1 (pb Tongue ) / previous DB pb was 32.5kg (right shoulder) 27.5 kg left but those were done separately...

DB incline:
30kg 1x12, 35 1x8

BB curls:
40 ( random reps) , 50 1x1 , 55kg PB (hitched) 1x1 lol



Leg press (2nd time using these)
2 plates 2x12

Followed by more BB work...
