Weights have been moved right back as I now want to focus on the squat technique, I know earlier i said I was keeping them the same but I'd rather get correct tech and form with weights that on kill me, I'll do this for a few months then start moving weights up again

Happy with today, it was a PB, bumped my estimated 1rep max upto 175kg, it's an estimate but has always seemed about right for me.
