Keep trying to upload a few training vids but am a proper div and can't seem to do it, I've got 2 comps coming up within the next 2 weeks so I'll hopefully know by then how to upload the comp vids, maybe not the pressing 1s tho coz they will b total s**teGrin

Event 1,
3 tonne hummer arm over arm 20m
3rd/16. 20.5s

Good event 4 me just need to brush up on teq, mainly power from arms, not a lot of movement from legs and using no back at all, pull was pretty easy, just 0.7s off 1st place

Event 2
140kg hussafel carry, max distance

1st run I did 45m and was being bawled at in Hungarian say no no no no and pointing to stopwatch, I thought he ment I hadn't crossed the line to come back but I clearly had but kept saying time, time, so I dropped it, there was a huge fcuk up in communication between officials and refs some thought it was quickest 40m and sone thought it was max distance, total bollox, so had to do event again, but did it last so I knew wt distance I had to beat, current winning distance was 105m, I did 112m and just dropped it and walked off, Im pretty good at this event I'm just like theenergizer bunny lol,

1st/16 112m.

400kg yoke 20m

My yoke isn't gr8 so I wasn't expecting to much from this 6 guys finished it good times, yoke was fairly awkward really wide and weighed down wv giant sandbags, I knew 10m would get me in the middleish so I staggered the yoke about 10 m , it was hard wk

Event 4
10k rifles side hold

Body against wooden post and rifles passed to you and then held out at arms length, I got the shakes quite early and found it quite tough

12th/16. 47s

Loading medley
100kg sack 60"
115kg chain link 56"
130kg chest 52"
140kg mini log 48"
All wv a 5 m run in

I like most medleys and am fairly quick on my feet, all were loaded found it easy peasy
3rd/16 32s

Overall placed 4/16

It was 8pm and 32degrees so it was a little strange competing then, but expo will have air con, bliss
