I've been dieting the past couple of weeks, dropped from 100 to 98kg. Also doing some body-building stuff which has ruined me. After a terrible session on Saturday, the plan this week was to have it off and rest completely..... but I went to the gym for a mess about/stretch tonight- felt good so I rolled with it! Maybe 1 (or 2) more sessions this week, then back at it properly next week. Want to lean out before trying to get bigger again. | ||
