ok, no lean back.
Pushpress:
5x 105kg

30 sec between everything below:
8x12 BB Behind neck press
6x12 DB front raise
6x12 BB upright row
6x12 BB lat raise
8x12 cable bi/tri superset
All ego destroyingly light, and hard as hell!

Front squat (beltless):
3x 60,100,140,160kg
4x 175kg
High bar beltless:
5x 190kg

Never really got going properly, not great but ok I guess.

wraps/belt on:
1x 250,270,300kg PB Whoop!


I've been dieting the past couple of weeks, dropped from 100 to 98kg. Also doing some body-building stuff which has ruined me. After a terrible session on Saturday, the plan this week was to have it off and rest completely..... but I went to the gym for a mess about/stretch tonight- felt good so I rolled with it!

Maybe 1 (or 2) more sessions this week, then back at it properly next week. Want to lean out before trying to get bigger again.

Tonight>

squat up to 225kg, which felt like a max effort!

Week off required I think, not like last week- a proper one with no training. Feel drained and have lost interest in training a bit, which is a good sign for me to have a short break. Going to stop my dieting too.
