Shoulder niggled. Only gna train strict stuff for now.

Shrug machine (25kg plates per side)

4x20 drop 3x8, 2x10

Machine press upto heavy 4 n quad drop

Was going to say had your strict press gone down a bit, then I saw your comment about shoulder niggle. Can you still strict ok then?

I can strict press but when I went heavier n push pressed it felt weird. Niggled it last week tryin to jerk 130 again. Gna drop out push n jerk for a bit n work more on my actual shoulders n traps, think Itl help in the long run

Currently in the middle of a career change which calls for some secret training and dieting. Will update if I do anything of note, if not il be back in a bit
