Recently started The Juggernaut Method by Chad Wesley Smith. Anyone used it before/read the book?

Weight around 84kg.

Squat 165kg
Dead (Sumo) 200kg
Bench (paused) 110kg

Go for it. I haven't done any research into the man himself just got access to the book, enjoyed the progression lay out so thought I'd give it a go.

Used it, made some progress, quite a long program from 10's to 3's, don't use it anymore. Suck it and see.

As I said, you'll need to try it for yourself and see if it suits you. Personally I found that I did respond to it well but my pressing responded better to the 5/3/1 and that my squats needed more work so I moved away from that to rsmr and trying auto reg now for deadlift as it all suits my strengths and weaknesses. Depends on your goals, and what responds to what.
