So pulling close to raw best, but in suit. Never got much more than 10/15kg though, so it's promising. Push Press 60-5 80-5 100-5x3, 1x7 Barbell row Did a few Pull-ups Tried. Pretty tired. | ||

This seems to treat me better than being to rigorous with a routine (I get bored easily). No comps in the near future so will just keep enjoying my training for now. | ||

Not many on here that were when I was first posting I don't think, but hope some find this interesting (and I manage to keep posting again this time...). Plan on getting into men's physique condition and also beating natural bench record (165kg) currently set by Paul Cooper.
