Nah mate PL at the moment but might dip my toe in again next year. I'll only do Englands though so I got a year to worry about it. Yourself?

Starting posting (again).

Not many on here that were when I was first posting I don't think, but hope some find this interesting (and I manage to keep posting again this time...).

Plan on getting into men's physique condition and also beating natural bench record (165kg) currently set by Paul Cooper.

For those that don't know me;

I used to be a decent deadlifter (282.5kg @80kg)
I placed 2nd at ESM u80kg 2015
I'm decent at overhead for a little guy (140kg push press, 105kg strict @

First session back in in the attempt to be less fat.

Plan is to train push, pull, legs 2x P/W. Double session on Tues (focusing on speed bench in evening, plus paused tech work).
