hi , i'm Daniel 17y/o , 1.84m, 105kg BW
i have 9 weeks of training until my meet (4/12) , going only for the deadlift (token squat and bench).
my goal is 260kg , my current best (not heaviest) deadlift is 1x230kg after 4x5x205kg.

cycling 5min


First time doing FrontSquats , started with weightlifting grip and changed to mixed bodybuilding grip, feels better.
