Warm up with a band for dem rotator gainz
Bar for some and worked up to my 3x5 this week which was 140.
It feels like my shoulders run out on me.
I got strong triceps that much i know, And im a big guy. i just cant work out why my bench is weaker then american beer.

Maybe I should turn vegan.


There's gotta be one that is strong! Iron city brewery is the beer that is from my neck of the woods.

Great progress here,same as you had a break for a few weeks felt bad at first but I think sometimes you need to do that to refocus.like a "don't know what you've got till it's gone kinda deal"
