Hello there!

Been some time since i last updated my old journal, so here we go again.

Main focus at the time is to build some more mass on the legs, so i can squat more plates Cool Other than that, here are some goals for this year (all weights in kg):

Squat 210 -> 225

Bench 150 -> 160

Deadlift 260 -> 275-280

Frontsquat 175

HB Squat 200

CG Bench 140

BOR 140x5 -> 175x5

I just finished my studies, so while I am looking for employment I got plenty of time to train, so I am training twice a day following a norweigian inspired protocol: working on mobility and doing some front og hb squats in the morning without a belt, and full body in the afternoon...
Got back from biking with my girlfriend this last weekend, and unfortunately sprained my wrist, so no upper body until the beginning of next week so it can heal. Also went a little to hard on the first leg workout since I came back from biking, so have had trouble walking the past 3 days... wont do that again Roll-Eyes

Should have been heavy back squats today, but since my wrist have not healed yet, I went for some heavy front squats instead..
