old age traveller Member 332, 7998 posts | So I signed up to take part in a medical study at the National Center for Sports Medicene at LUFBRA Uni, I went this morning fasted and had bloods taken then went on the treadmill for a VO2 max test followed by a rest then futher bloods. The study is to find out how exersice affects plasma and hormones in the blood. Also did a body composition test If I were butchered there would be 35KG of pure muscle to go the barbie and a Dynameter grip test apparently I scored higher than any of the other participants. I watched a couple of videos on getting a better start and researched what drag factor to use hopefully when these are implemented my 500m time will be closer to 1.40 | ||
