Some down time in magnificent Gdansk there was a gym in our apartment block with a Concept 2 Ski erg which i used everyday...it was missing the moniter so I just erged for time and counted strokes all steady state stuff did some rehab stuff with light weights but no pressing at all.

Went and purchased a second hand ski erg the guy bought in in October and had done 63k so basically brand new for £165 less and already assembled win win, got it home bolted it to the wall and did 2x10mins.

So I signed up to take part in a medical study at the National Center for Sports Medicene at LUFBRA Uni, I went this morning fasted and had bloods taken then went on the treadmill for a VO2 max test followed by a rest then futher bloods. The study is to find out how exersice affects plasma and hormones in the blood. Also did a body composition test If I were butchered there would be 35KG of pure muscle to go the barbie and a Dynameter grip test apparently I scored higher than any of the other participants. It was a very interesting morning.

Evening 2k Ski erg 2k Rowerg working on technique. I watched a couple of videos on getting a better start and researched what drag factor to use hopefully when these are implemented my 500m time will be closer to 1.40
