man, dont feel bad about that session, you hammered those deadlifts beter than you expected, and it being the comp lift thats all that matters!

Very good deads mate. With the height of the bar at 15'' it looks like plenty more reps can be grinded out.

only need 2 put 8 more lb on then i'll b happy. i used 2 do 5 reps wi 240 and 260 when i was in me mid twentys.it will cum bk ,mayb in a nother life lolHappy
