Obvious Juicer Member 1613, 1036 posts SQ 185, BP 140, DL 220545.0 kgs @ 66kgs UnEq | 12pm Bench Press (no warmup) ----------- 120 x 6 120 x 5 18pm Bench Press ----------- 90 x 5 110 x 3 120 x 3 130 x 3 (Tie PR) @ 67 Deadlift (Just to test if squats transfers to deadlift) ----------- 50 x 1 90 x 1 130 x 1 170 x 1 200 x 2 (Squats can replace deadlifts no problem) It's been like 2 or 3 months since i dont deadlift at all, and i can still pull 200kg which is now 3 times my bodyweight ! Not bad... | ||
