Member 1159, 760 posts | 16-4-11 Biceps and triceps Hammer dumbell curls 3 sets 10 reps - 20kg,30kg,40kg Ez bar machine 3 sets 10reps One arm cable curls/rope hammer curls super sets 3 sets 10reps each exercise Close grip bench press 60kg 8 reps 100kg 8 reps 140kg 8 reps 180 3 reps Close grip bench machine 3 sets 10 reps 140kg Tricep push downs 3 sets 15 reps Good day at crayford fitness and weights. Chest gettin stronger can't wait to see physio to sort out hamstring... Pickin up too many little injuries but got too plod on Good luck to my training partner chris gearing tommorow. | ||
