Possibly Boltons Strongest Man in middle of year and UK Masters Qualifiers...... but that remains to be seen! Anyway, 2/1 incline 60 x lots 80 x 10 90 x 10 100 x 10 120 x 8,5,3 100 x 12 x 3 cable crossovers seated chest press seated pec dec feet up bench 60 100 x 10 110 x 10 120 x 8 130 x 3 140 x 1 110 x 10 100 x 10 90 x 10 tricep work about 200 pushups (regular and close grip) and 100 chin ups interspersed between sets | ||
