Ended 2017 after dropping from 128 to 110, added some extra chub over Crimbo. Short term plan to lose a couple of kg's and then add some decent mass. Possibly Boltons Strongest Man in middle of year and UK Masters Qualifiers...... but that remains to be seen!

Looking through my old training logs I can see that when my squatting was at its best (2015) I did 190 x 4 and 170 x 8- so i've got a long road ahead of me!
