Bench

Going lighter today.I'm going to push bench hard for 3weeks then drop back..

Realised today that im getting no leg drive on the bench at my normmal gym..im just pressing with my arms..

Moved out my grip by a finger on the next 2 sets which felt a lot better..

100x25 tng..felt easy..lactic kicked in on rep 23 so stopped..would be nice to get a pb in a few weeks if I keep doing it..

A light session.I will add 10kg to all my sets for another 4-5 weeks starting next week

Wanted 4 reps but rep 3 got out in front of me and it took a lot out of me..got the 4th to mid shin but was knackered

Cheers matt..dl forms still off so when I strengthen the weak areas I'm hoping I will pull a pb..300 or die trying lol

Bench would be over 200 now if I could tng like I used too..

Plan was 170x5..the 2 reps were easy..had 5 reps in me defo but I pulled my pec on the 2 rep Unhappy

So did a back work out one handed cus I had to do something..
