Ok so I havent really trained much/hard at all since my last post.Got talked into my gyms deadlift comp.I just wondered what could i pull in 3sessions...???

Week 1 worked up to 240 single
Week 2 up to 250.

Comp day..strongman rules

240 good lift tore a callous. .straps on
270 goodlift
277.5 goodlift

Was a fun day..good to see a mate I haven't seen in a while pull a comfy 330

I need to sort my s**t out and get this 300 pull done
