Squat barxsome 70x4 120x4 suit bottoms 160x3 200x3 belt 240x1 straps up 270x3 wraps on Wasn't really concentrating on shifting the weight rather being nice and stable and upright 1st two were beautiful, 3rd less so but still better than old joe. Had to accelerate the Tom Marting squat routine to do something heavy before i go to the uni's. GHR 3x8 Incline bench 50x10 80x9,6,6 Jammer press 25 4x5 per arm done singly. | ||

Loaded for the WPF worlds so only expected to do 220 for 10 singles, 220 felt easy so went 250. Technique wasn't brilliant but strength was good, 300 at the uni's. Deadlift (sumo, yes boar i said sumo) 70x5 120x5 suit bottoms and belt 170x3 220x1 straps up 250 5x1 Leg press 100x20 125x20 150x20 Feet up bench all paused 60x6 80x6 100x6 120x5 130x3 cream crackered. | ||

Your training looks like its going well, especially the bench. | ||

Today athletics was pretty tough so kept it to upper again. Squat tomorrow. Maximum width feet up paused 60x6 80x6 100 2x6 120 2x3 125x2 120x2 Incline dumbells 27.5 3x8 bench pulls 60kg 5x5 Rotator cuff 2 sets dumbells 2 sets internal and external rotations with cable. | ||

Jammer press 20 5 reps per arm 30 " 2 sets changed to a bar, mimiced it so much better, let me punch with hips. 20 2 sets Axle strict press 10x10 30x8 50x8 70 3x4 Shoulder quad set 2 sets front and side raises, rear delt fly then incline shoulder 7.5kg dumbells Internal and external rotations 3 sets Face pulls 10 reps working up the stack Squat tomorrow some light deadlifts on saturday and a bit of back assistance sunday then the rest of the week is foam rolling and stretching. | ||

This has never happened before and closed up straight away after i racked it, whereas if i get a nosebleed normally it takes ages to stop. Does this mean anything and should i be worried. I am confused. On Wednesday I got a nosebleed squatting. It wasn't pouring out at all, but every time I blew my nose it would be covered in blood. This went on for about 36 hours.... | ||
