TL:dr Member 5489, 131 posts SQ 320, BP 200, DL 310830.0 kgs @ 118kgs UnEq | 13.3 Friday Light squats Deadlifts 190kg 1 rep 230kg 1 rep 260kg 1 rep 280kg 1 rep 300kg 2 reps pb Disappointed only two my belt has become two tight (lever belt). Forcing me into awkward positions on both reps. Without that I'm not sure what I could have done but happy with two. Two weeks will aim for 310 and my belt will be bigger aswell. | ||

TL:dr Member 5489, 131 posts SQ 320, BP 200, DL 310830.0 kgs @ 118kgs UnEq | 17.3 Tuesday Bench 160kg 3 reps 7 rpe 175kg 2 reps 9 rpe 187.5kg 2 reps 9.5 Not much more maybe 190 but that's it Slingshot bench 187.5kg 1 rep fast 205kg 1 rep ok 215kg 1 rep probably better than 205 Ss cgbp 160kg 4 sets 8 reps 8 rpe all easy One more heavy bench the 200kilo bench maybe there but it's not my main aim on the day. Next session heavy squat then two weeks time last heavy bench. | ||

Overhead 70kg upto 110kg 1 rep each increment of 10 kg easy enough. 120kg 1 rep speed was ok but stalled halfway but eventually went didn't try to double but new 1 rep max done. | ||

TL:dr Member 5489, 131 posts SQ 320, BP 200, DL 310830.0 kgs @ 118kgs UnEq | 24.3 Tuesday Close grip bench paused 140kg 1 rep slow 150kg 1 rep again slow 160kg 1 rep almost a max felt s**tty 170kg 1 rep better than 160 175kg 4 reps don't know how I did it as the other sets were garbage felt great. Squats yesterday gave me s**t elbow pain. I stopped there as I couldn't be bothered | ||
