Struggled a bit tonight, tris and shoulders a little warn out from my decision to play on the axle yesterday. Still felt reasonably strong though.

This was brutal, was dry heaving between the final 3 or 4 'sets'. No idea how i managed to add the extra couple of presses to the final set, I'll put it down to the bonus gainz from being on camera.

Tris and forearms are completely ruined now.
