Yoke 240 x 40m, 320 x 20m, 400 x 20m, 20m, 440 x 6m. Rolling thunder up to 87 x 2, 97 x f. Pretty decent session, though legs and lower back were ruined by we got to yoke, so the heavier runs lacked a bit of speed. | ||

Tonights session was a bit of a hard slog after a long shift at work. Glad to get it in the books though. | ||

Struggled a bit tonight, tris and shoulders a little warn out from my decision to play on the axle yesterday. Still felt reasonably strong though. | ||

This was brutal, was dry heaving between the final 3 or 4 'sets'. No idea how i managed to add the extra couple of presses to the final set, I'll put it down to the bonus gainz from being on camera. Tris and forearms are completely ruined now. | ||
