Squats 100, 140, 180 x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5. Ive been overlooking my squat mobility for too long, so back to doing squats after warming up and mobilising everything. Made for far better depth, and great pop out of the hole. | ||

Alternate db curls Fairly relaxed session today as i was a little tired. Starts were a little slow on yoke, so didnt see any benefit to upping weight. | ||

Squats 100, 140, 180, 220, wraps 220, 240, 260 x 1. Offensively tired today, so no hope of making it through my planned session. Instead i decided to see if i could remember how to squat in wraps. I couldnt. After a few attempts it came back to me, and its still stupid how much i get out of them. The 260 resulted in the ridiculous situation in which walking out the bar was much, much harder than the squat (should've set j hooks lower, apparently im shorter in wraps than in sleeves). Certain 280 wouldve went, and fairly confident i couldve got to 300 with no real drama. | ||
