Thanks bill, it wasn't completely on the limit either maybe good for an extra few kg too, it's really helped my bench press since I've started training with it

Stopped the session there cause of tendon pain in my elbows and arms , it always happened after squatting , it's a pain in the arse.

Then did some upper back work and biceps , felt tough today that session , even the warm ups felt tough, I don't feel fully recovered from the squat session and started work again so had lack of sleep plus carrying steel up 6 flights of stairs for a few days has wiped me out a bit too , I got videos but they are blurry for some reason so I've not bothered posting them up this time
