He's 16 stone, has high blood pressure and took the morning off from ploughing fields to come dig up rocks with the compressor. Refused to wear gloves, and did all the work in flip flops. | ||

Ordered 7,470kg of 16mm but got 7,740kg instead. Anything I can do, or wait until the end to see if there's any left over and sell it on?Waiting for the concrete. I think £10,000 has gone missing over here. I can't think of what I've spent £17,000 on so far. £6,500 on steel and £1,000 on concrete. Not paid the construction guys a penny yet. My marketing strategy is mainly word of mouth - clients know I'm in the process of building a gym. Check-in on Facebook to be in with a chance to win a free month's membership (or a refund if you want). The guy who closed down the next closest gym is contemplating opening one here, but the location he wants is too small and is currently operating as a florist, with maybe one toilet and no showers, plus it's about 100m2 tops. | ||
