21/11/11 - ME Bench

Bench - worked up to 3RM (Little fingers on rings): 85kg (Felt really heavy?!)

Bench (Little fingers on rings) - 80% of the above AMRAP: 12 x 70kg (Felt quite light?!)

DB Bench - 32.5kg x10, 27.5kg x12, 22.5kg x 12, 17.5kg x 12

DB Rollovers - 3 x 10 x 15kg

UH Triceps Pressdown - 2 x 20

29/11 - Squat

Low Box Squat - worked up to 3 x 115kg

Then did a few at a lighter weight

Deadlift - 1 x 160kg (+40kg chain) - no belt

Now my back is feeling better, touch wood, I'm going to be squatting more.

Plus I am going to have the bar much higher on my back, as I have been folding over like a pretzel on my higher weights, in order to remain more upright.

The high bar position feels terrible (hence the very low weight), which leads me to believe this is what I need to do.

10/12/11 Squat:

Worked up to 2 x 85kg, then did 15 x 2 x 75kg

RDL - 3 x 10 x 90kg

Cleans - 5 x 5 x 60kg

CGBP - 50kg (+50kg chain) - 10, 9, 8

Seated DB Press - 10, 12, 15
