Axle Press - 80kg; then 10 x 60kg
Lat Pulldowns 3 sets heavy; then one set of ten.
Facepulls - 3 x 20 reps
Leg Press x 50 reps
Abs, Abs, Abs.

Hip still a bit sore; so no deadlifts.

Abductor Machine - 2 x 10

I'll be interested how my back feels tomorrow...as this is the first deadlift in ages; and I gave up as my hips were feeling tender and weak.

You body makes you pay dearly when spreading training deads. Stay ultra low for a month I would say. We are in this for a lifetime my good friend

Couldn't face any squat reps so....
High Bar Squats up to 120kg; then 5 second pause squats with 100kg
Single Arm Strict KB Press up to 3 x 28kg
Back Extensions - 2 x 25
Abductor Machine - 3 x 10
Leg Extensions - 3 x 10
Abs - 4 x 25
