Many of my friends names are Dan. Anyway, a couple of years ago, he messed up his neck benching. I feel my neck sometimes stressing/hurting. He is a friend of mine over here.

Sore knees, so have been doing TKEs, Short ROM leg extensions, clam shells, that sort of thing also.

These plus some heating ointment seem to get the ache out. The material is rubbery and seems to trap in heat better. I wear them to work under my slacks occasionally.

Cambered bar squats - 3 x (5, 3, 2) x 100kg
Farmers Walk - 2 x 20m x 90kg per side.
Leg Press - every 10 reps, add a plate aside, until 50 reps done. Then 25 x 2 plates a side.
Abs.
