Shoulder has been awful.

Worse so far. Physio have been f**king useless arranging an appointment for me.

Yesterday was a s**t show at the gym.

I thought my shoulder would dislocate deadlifting a mere 150kg. Called it there.

Let's move on...

High Bar Squats - 3 x 5 x 70kg.
Just building up again.

Hatfield Squats - 3 x 8 x 130kg.

Shoulder Retraction with bands - 6 x 20.

Facepulls - 3 x 20.

Pressdowns with ascending weight - 5 x 10.

McGill crunches - 4 x 20.

This woman at work saw my thumb lumps from chicken fractures and started rubbing them. War scars my friend. The pain comes long time eveventually it will work its way out! The cavemans average age! We are lucky.

High Bar Squats - 3 x 5 x 72.5kg
SSB Squats sans belt and hands - I think that the position of my arms in both Hatfield and normal SSB squats has irritated my shoulder. So I just balanced the bar on my back and squatted with my hands in the gunfighter position. 5 x 3 x 100kg.

Lots of shoulder rehab work.

Cable Rows - 3 x 6

Pull-ups pausing at four different positions up and down - 6 x 2. Hard. Don't know how the Instagramers do it!?!

When I was a lad, it was mandatory to belong to a gang. This was a crazy era. This is kind of odd but in the 70's it was kind odd gangs compared to today's.
