He's good - he was four weeks old yesterday.

I went and weighed him with the community nurse the other day - and he weighed in at a healthy 12lbs 2 oz.

I'm not used to chains. Bands will have to be eased into my mind. What is your take on bands versus chains. Found a great connection selling me the chain for 6 cents a pound. Bought a drum full of it. I guess I'll cut it into 4-6 foot sections? Buy rings and carribeaners for attaching to bar. A beautiful girl once looked at my kit and gave me the afraid look.

I think the chains are even better - as bands force you into a groove, which means you can push against the band at a weird angle. Chains, on the other hand, make the lift even more challenging from a stability perspective.

I attach chains to different locations on the big main chain to created a more strenuous lift as opposed to all the chains attached to the bar itself.
