That funny Dan! That reminds me of a timewith my first child. I had to drive 6 hours to compete in a freestyle wrestling tournament. After 4 hours driving, I was tired fist time daddy and had to make weight up all night. It hit me I was driving the wrong direction. It wasn't meant to be!

Today sucked.

Kettlebell swings with a 24kg kettlebell.

Goblet squats with a 55kg dumbbell.

10 Swings
Goblet Squat 1 rep
15 Swings
Goblet Squat 2 reps
25 Swings
Goblet Squat 3 reps
50 Swings

Did this five times in total - so 500 KB Swings and 30 goblet squats.

Awful.

It has the best Farmers Walk implements I have ever used - and is a nice, friendly place to lift.

KB Swings - 8 x 25 x 24kg
(Stopped after 200 reps as the handle on this kettlebell is very small and it was becoming more of a grip issue than an exercise)
Pull-ups - 12
Leg Extensions - 6 x 10
