Squats with chains - 10 x 2 x 70kg + 50kg of chain Viking Press up to 140kg, then 5 x 100kg Band Retractions - lots Leg Press - 3 x 10 Cable Rows - 3 x 10 Garhammer Raises - 3 x 15 Trained at House Of Gain in Colchester. I had to drive 6 hours to compete in a freestyle wrestling tournament. After 4 hours driving, I was tired fist time daddy and had to make weight up all night. It hit me I was driving the wrong direction. It wasn't meant to be! | ||

Goblet squats with a 55kg dumbbell. 10 Swings Goblet Squat 1 rep 15 Swings Goblet Squat 2 reps 25 Swings Goblet Squat 3 reps 50 Swings Did this five times in total - so 500 KB Swings and 30 goblet squats. Awful. | ||
