Leg Press - 3 x 10

Leg Extensions - 3 x 10

4 x (10 x Back Extensions, 10 x Leg Raises, 10 x Back Extensions, 10 x Machine Crunches)

Double D Cable Rows - 3 x 8

Pull-ups w/ 20kg chain around neck - 4 x 4

Lat Pulldowns - 3 x 8

Done.

Push Press - Worked up to an easy 70kg, then 8 x 3 x 60kg

Strict Press - Worked up to 3 x 50kg

OH DB Press - 2 x 10 x 15kg, 10 x 17.5kg

V-Rope Triceps Pressdowns - 3 x 15 x 3 Plates

Skull Crushers - 3 x 10

Squats - 12/11/11

Box Squats - Worked up to 3 x 110kg

Deadlifts - 10 x 3 x 105kg (Plus 40kg Chain)

Leg Presses - 100kg x 25, 40 (Sounds s**t, but the leg press machine at the gym is unfeasibly small - the foot plate is the size of a welcome mat - and awkward)

Leg Curls - 2 x 20

Leg Extensions - 2 x 30

Leg Raises - 5 x 15

Neck work - 2 x 80 x 15kg x frontal felxion. 2 x 50 x 1 plate cable lateral flexion

Some hack squats - deeply unpleasant

Squat - Worked up to 2 x 100kg (+40kg of chain fully off floor at top)

Deadlift (no belt) - worked up to 140kg (+40kg of chain)

Abs - Lots of cable abs of differing types.
