To make matters crazier, they protested over a person getting shot by the police. They shut down a major parkway/ highway which was blocked by the protesters. I am happy I moved in the middle of nowhere with my family including Akita and Goat.

Did 10 reps of each for three b2b circuits.

These were bloody hard, as the dumbell handles were already thick, so with the Gripz on it was about the gauge of a coke can.

I been doing this weird invented exercise.
Hope you get this idea.
I have a 3" solid axle you can use a smaller diameter.
I place it on the bench rack sit down add bands to the sides with weights attached cranking it up fat grip/thick bar. I have stick forearms. Change clockwise counter clockwise rotation. I do it when I am supervising my yungins. My forearms been exploding.

Add weights on side to make it hard to wind to the top nearly impossible. Crank the music and laugh as you burn them succor.

Grabbed a 20kg kettlebell and did the following for five rounds:

10 Squats
10 Swings
10 Left Leg Lunges
10 Right Leg Lunges

200 reps total. Finished in 14m:40sec. Legs felt like a war crime.

Monster Walks with doubled purple band around knees - 50 steps in both directions.
