In his prime nobody could touch Shamrock. He had everything, if it goes to ground or Shamrock gets close then he'll win. If he can't and he takes shots Slice will win. He's not got the speed he used to have so Slice will be favourite. Wish it'd happened years ago though.

If you look at that then it would suggest Pacquiao won...... Though watching the fight Mayweather was outstanding and I honestly thought he won. He nullified everything Pacquiao did and shut the fight down to suit him. Boxing masterclass really. Still hate him though but got to respect his talent, as a boxer he's right up there with the greats. As a fighter I'm unsure as he never gets involved in a brawl.

I agree completely. Was a stroke of genius. Would just like to see him tested more. I prefer a brawl, doesn't do your face or brain much good in the long run though......trust me.

Shoulder press on machine again- worked up to 105kg per side for 3 reps then back down.

Arnold and full shoulder presses with Dumbbells- super sets x 2

Plate raises and twists to failure.

Shoulder press (machine again) - PER SIDE- 30kg x 12, 50kg x 10, 70kg x 8, 80kg x 6, 85kg x 6, 90kg x 3, 95kg x 3 reps, 40kg x 20 reps.

Superset of Dumbbells full range and Arnold presses- 20 x 20 reps.

Side par raises- 3 x 10 reps.

Machine flyes- 3 x 10 reps.

Press ups- 44 (amount the brother needs to get in 2 mins for army selection) in 29 secs.

Back stretches and cross trainer.
