Member 3095, 135 posts SQ 190, BP 140, DL 240570.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 22.11.2011 @ 06:28 AM by gibbynutrition Hi Guys, great response already, so here are the events for the day:Novices: Event 1 : 90kg log press max reps 90secs Event 2 : 230kg yoke and 100kg farmers walk medley each over 15m Event 3 : Silver Dollar deadlift 200kg(going up 10kgs a time) last man standing Event 4 : 350kg tyre flip over 15m Event 5 : Keg load (weights to be confirmed) Event 6 : Celtic stone 100kg over yoke, max reps 90secs (weights could be subject to change, but competitors will be kept informed) Opens: Event 1 : Log press(wooden log) last man standing (starting weight T.B.C) Event 2 : 350kg super yoke over 20m Event 3 : Silver Dollar deadlift 260kg(going up 10kgs a time, competitors may skip weights if they please for higher lifts) last man standing Event 4 : 140kg farmers walk over 20m Event 5 : Loading medley (weights to be confirmed)Celtic themed Event 6 : Celtic stones 105kg,115kg,135kg,155kg,175kg once again,weights may be subject to change. We shall be alternating events between novices and Opens to ensure maximum recovery time for competitors All entries to be in by end of December, payment to be made by postal order and sent to: Alex Gibby 1 Llwyncrwn Llandyfaelog Kidwelly Carmarthenshire SA17 4LY The venue for the day is ideal and ALL events will be indoors. I've high hopes for this comp and with everybody's support, it will be a regular event. | ||
