The bounce went from my bungee today. Going in my hips felt really tight, and didn't ease. Was looking to do 3x3 @ 85%, but would have settled for 75%. As it was I ditched squats after the first set, it felt like my legs had been switched off. I did some bench after but didn't finish that either. Hopefully just a blip.
