Wiegieboard | Concrete calculator (atlas stones) | 01-10-2014 @ 17:26
as crimson as my last victims underclothing..... Member 899, 11329 posts SQ 180, BP 132.5, DL 190502.5 kgs @ 118kgs UnEq | Yo gentlemans, thugs, ladies and thugladies. I'm gonna be building atlas stones for myself to train with soon. I want atlas stones that are thick, solid, tight and the weight of the concrete will obviously decide the size of the balls. I'd like them to vary in size naturally. Does anyone have a calculator that will tell me the diameter of the stone going by the weight of concrete in it eg. a 60kg stone would be x cm across etc. Thanks gentlefellows, thugs, gentleladies and ladythugs.

And like that... he is gone. Member 2848, 771 posts | First thing is you will be limited by the stone mold suppliers and they both list the weights their stones will make. As a rule concrete is usually about 2.4sg so essentially it will be 2.4kg for ever litre of volume.

Member 899, 11329 posts SQ 180, BP 132.5, DL 190502.5 kgs @ 118kgs UnEq | Yeah Im making my own moulds from inflatable balls covered in silicone spray and plaster of paris. Billy I shall scream mightily! I love stone and keg training. Basically I'm taking the next step andd making it so that I can actually train them regularly. Deadlifting is a no no for me now but for some reason, training with stones etc only seems to make me pain free and strengthen my core.
