Axle for reps, 60 sec @ 120
2 reps, mid field

Deadlift for reps, 60 sec @ 240
4 reps, down the bottom

Farmers, 20m @ 130

Yoke, 20m @ 350
1st

Stone over yoke, 135-140
3 reps, midfield. Tacky Froze.

4th. Happy for an old f**ker who hasn't competed in 18 months and didn't really do much training for it
