Have to get hooks in a lot more effectively and stuff like that, was fun though! 11.2.17 Warmed up Deadlift Up to 300x1 Squat to pins 60 100 140x3 150 4x3 (below parrallel but not quite at the bottom, i think these will help a lot) Seated box jumps 5x3 Incline bench paused 60 100 120 5x3 Leg curls 4x6 Reverse hyper 80 2x10 100 2x10 Done. | ||
