Hang snatch to 80 then ended up having a bjj match with my mate which I eventually won via Americana after 3 rounds Tongue I was then knackered and did lots of mobility work

Pull ups
Bw 4x5 (proper dead hangs are tough)

It was weird because my mate is a lot more skillful but a lot smaller and I've forgotten a lot of the more advanced moves and I've never done no gi so my offence was limited!

Haha the movement is a lot more free without the gi isn't it. Difficult to stop the smaller guys wriggling around sometimes haha. I used to be one of them. Stacked and jacked at 155lbs haha

Yeah it was tough to just grab him like you can do with a gi. Have to get hooks in a lot more effectively and stuff like that, was fun though!
