Well I won the Junior worlds! Absolutely buzzing with it, had a few days off and went in for a mess today.

Been in Sardinia for two weeks, no real training just loads of swimming, hiking and climbing. Dropping bodyweight currently at 129kg morning weight down from 137.5kg a few weeks a go. Plan is to have an easy week to get my eye back in then 8 weeks of general off season work focussing on posterior chain and back strength then a build up for the new year. Had first session yesterday
