Absolutely buzzing with it, had a few days off and went in for a mess today. Warmed up bag work kickboxing just messed about for an hour doing various stuff then trained arms haha flys incline push ups bench cable flys then dumbbell bench overhead extensions loads of curls more curls more curls more triceps more triceps Done. fun session! | ||

On holiday tomorrow so wll be doing lots of running and bodyweight stuff | ||

Dropping bodyweight currently at 129kg morning weight down from 137.5kg a few weeks a go. Plan is to have an easy week to get my eye back in then 8 weeks of general off season work focussing on posterior chain and back strength then a build up for the new year. Had first session yesterday Warmed up Snatch 40 60 80 90 100x2 Clean and jerk 60 100 120 140xfail (fell over on the clean, been a while haha) 140x1 Bent over row 100 3x10 Strict press 1.5 reps Full rep, down to forehead and back up is 1 rep 60x4 80x4 80x5 L sit pull ups emom 2 reps x10 minutes Aleknas 20's 3x10 IYTWs 2.5's 4x6 each letter Done. | ||
