Deadlift 100 150 straps 200 belt 250 3x5 Pull ups bw 3x9 Box jumps 5x3 IYTWs 3's 4x5 each letter Spin bike 10 second sprint gear 11 20 seconds easy pace x10 (gets the heart going) Done. Might drop some weights back for my programme. Last year I messed up going too hard too soon after Brits and it made me go downhill so I want to make sure I don't do it again. | ||

Did 145x3 log on Saturday and it was crap. Don't want what happened last year happening again, been a little ill for weeks now so gotta chill out. 5.3.18 Spin bike 10km 26:30 gear 11 Done. It's weird my heart rate was 184 whilst not working very hard, I'm a bit weird | ||
