I wouldn't say he trains light, especially considering he trains more often than anybody else.

For training though it isn't about how much you lift, it's about how much you can lift. I feel Paul understanding that at a young age has helped him progress well.

I fully agree
I see Paul getting stronger without injuries rather than having time off to heal every year. The long (and intelligent) game. Similar to Bish in the training approach imo.
