Im not in any sort of condition to beat anyone at anything or do it faster/higher .. and no kettlebells at exertain for me to point at ..

thx to Dean and all at exertrain for todays session ... it was an eyeopener , plyometrics was explained to us and it all makes very very good sense !

doing the double rope slams was very very hard and i think doing 1 minute would have made every one of us puke ! we settled on 20 seconds ..... it was enoughGrin

flexibility ..stretching ...technique ...stability ...positioning all play such an important part in strength sports that i cant ignore my weak points any longer !! (of which there are many)

would have been great to get more SBB lads down ...mabie next time !!

good workshop indeed - was expecting us to work more, but it was solid like this too. Excited to sneak in a few things from this to my training and squat positioning/tech.
